Another layout banner! This one personalized! Yay! 
I wanted more laughing Meloni, and I cheered up the colors of my layout to go with it. And made an icon from one of the pictures I used in the banner, so it's all colorful and cheery and bright and happy!
Not as Oz-themed. Hah. Oh well! Meloni owns me! I should make a Lee Tergesen one *ponders*
